The brief
Having worked across a number of TAG Aviation’s portfolio of business aviation offerings, we were tasked to come up with a name and product identity for a new holistic charter membership. The scheme was to be the ‘One’ solution that would give members the ideal combination of the flexibility, service and cost-effectiveness of on-demand, jet card hours and the commitment of fractional ownership.
The approach
Working with in the TAG Aviation brand framework, but with permission to add some unique elements we proposed the name and an authoritative looking treatment for the One product identity, a hint of stencil and solidity was complemented by the use of a fluid single-line illustration to reflect the drawing of each individual’s personal ‘service profile’ enabled by the best of all worlds benefits offered by One’s new positioning.
The outcome
To promote One, we proposed a high-quality, sequentially numbered metal membership card format – which would be presented to joining members in a luxury finish box along the lines of high-end watch packaging. Supporting digital and printed collateral would outline the T&Cs and exclusive members’ ‘perks’. The TAG Aviation One membership is now amongst the best recognized charter products aimed at regular private and corporate fliers.
