Content Planning & User Journey

Sending a single eShot may not be enough and Design Inc will work with you to establish an eMail series campaign to achieve best traction.
Here we will build a process & content plan regarding the information to appear in each email.
The first eMail may be a teaser followed up by a company introduction or marketing message, this could then be followed by a sales message. And it may not stop there: more messages may help to drive the message home and increase orders.

The content plan will also consider the user journey: if they have opened that first message, the next message in the series could be automatically sent to them. If they don;’t open it, the first message is resent.


Sending your message out through email marketing platforms such as MailChimp, Campaign Monitor or e-shot™, provides immediate access to metrics (showing those who have received or opened the email, who has clicked through a link, where they have clicked through to, etc). This is, of course, ideal for follow up marketing to establish brand loyalty.
