Design Inc are proud to have, once again, to have provided event branding, creative and digital marketing support to the UK underwater industry’s showcase event, Subsea Expo.

The annual three-day showcase of the UK’s £8billion underwater industry, organised by the sector’s leading trade and development body Global Underwater Hub, welcomed in excess of 6,000 visitors over its three-day run with more than 60 countries represented on the list of attendees.

Over 150 companies and organisations from across the industry supply chain exhibited at the Aderdeen event, including some from Australia, Holland and the United States.  While a packed conference programme with 14 sessions and around 85 speakers saw discussions on major industry talking points, including marine renewables, data and digital, subsea production systems and robotics and autonomous operations.

Since 2007, Design Inc has supported the event organiser with the event’s marketing collateral. This has included the event branding, website and advertising campaigns as well as many on-the-day assets including; exhibitor manual, signage, floorplan graphics, video, seminar & conference backdrops, digital screens.

Chief executive of Global Underwater Hub, Neil Gordon, said: “Subsea Expo 2023 featured a packed three-day programme and had a real buzz about it, which was great to see.  The feedback from exhibitors has been very positive, with some reporting queues of people waiting to speak to them on their stands and others noting serious enquiries from visitors.

Design Inc director, Frank Norman, said: “It is always a pleasure to work closely with the team at Global Underwater Hub for the creation of their marketing & event branding assets. There are many individual elements which need to be created & delivered to a set deadline. We start working on this project three months before the event with the goal being to ensure everything works smoothly. I am pleased to say, that goal was reached and the event was a resounding success. We look forward to supporting GUH for years to come.”
