A word on sponsorship marketing.

Design Inc are a full-service agency, this means we provide a multi-angled approach to our clients communications and marketing goals. This may include branding, advertising, web services and literature development. However it does not end there. Strategic PR services are also at the heart of our offering. To deliver PR results, we often suggest that clients develop close ‘symbiotic’ relationships with 3rd party organisations. These alliances – when well researched and managed – can be very beneficial in delivering the positioning goals of all parties. The relationship may take the form of formalised sponsorship marketing – we understand this area well and we can help clients get the most from it. The key to a successful partnership is aligning goals and creating a balance in the values of agreed inputs and expected outcomes.

For one of our clients, a diamond investment house, we provided a platform upon which they could market themselves to very high net worth individuals. At the end of 2013, we introduced them as a sponsor of the prestigious Autosport Awards. An ideal fit. Award sponsorship enables companies to align their brand values to that of the sector. With the glitterati of the highest levels of motorsport present at the awards and with international press and TV coverage guaranteed, this was an ideal step for the investment house. The sponsorship was managed by Design Inc who brokered the deal, managed the on- and off-line advertising as well as setting the company on the path for follow up marketing.

Design Inc Commercial Director, Frank Norman remarked “The sponsorship of the awards was an ideal fit for both the award organisers, Haymarket and the investment house. The house was looking to elevate itself and its services to the highest levels and align itself with prestige & performance.
