Our relationship with the Victory Services Club began way back in 2011, with a winning creative pitch that included both their ‘Club for Life’ and ‘Reunite at the VSC’ – two campaigns that were immediately adopted and are still running many years and executions later.
For this latest ad campaign, they were looking to create additional awareness amongst the ex-service personnel and to increase both footfall and membership numbers.
The creative difference
Our solution was to create a series of adverts that was able to promote the fact that the VSC offered so much more than you would expect. Meals, a bar, accommodation, business lounges…
The creative was a campaign called ‘Supersize’ – this featured a series of adverts showcasing military personnel experiencing the ‘supersized’ food & drinks, rooms, etc.
This included images of soldiers jumping out of a helicopter to scale down a pint of beer, their children clambering over a dessert, a couple resting on a pillow.
