The brief

The European Business Aviation Association (EBAA) set out to transform its digital presence with a complete upgrade of its online services. Following a competitive RFP process, EBAA appointed Design Inc to replace its outdated and slow performing website with a modern, future-ready platform. The project focused on improving membership management, clarifying advocacy content, and integrating essential tools such as event modules. The ambition was clear: To deliver a seamless, user-friendly experience for members and stakeholders while establishing EBAA as the go-to source for trusted information across the aviation sector.

The approach

We designed and developed a robust, fully integrated platform powered by Craft CMS with improved site structure and navigation menus enabling content to be far more accessible to users on the site. The digital brand evolved with a refreshed colour palette, updated icons, refined button styles and mobile-first imagery—creating a more cohesive and contemporary visual identity.

The outcome

The result is a streamlined, high performance, responsive, purpose-built digital platform for EBAA. Members now benefit from a centralised dashboard hub, events are presented through a clear and engaging showcase calendar, and industry data combines demos with practical insights. With integrated tools and simplified content, managing memberships and event bookings makes the site more intuitive—while the refreshed design connects seamlessly with the wider EBACE brand.
