Celsur has a stock range of over 5,000 different items. Add the fact that 20% of their monthly requests are bespoke items, made to order, it was becoming more and more difficult to manage the sales. A decision was made to build a new website that would help attract more relevant enquiries as well as to streamline the ordering, finance and stock control processes.
Design Inc web design team worked closely with the client over five months, designing the style, building the site structure, gathering product imagery & data, and coding an API to work with their CRM solution, ‘Opera’.
Of course, it was crucial that the site should be built ‘mobile-first’ showcasing all their products in a way which was informative, engaging and simple to use way.
