Daniel Gilbert -
Managing Director and Creative Director After graduating from Art College, Dan took an apprenticeship with a successful design agency in Richmond. After 4 years, Dan left to take up a position as Studio Manager at a personalisation company where he met Frank. After two years Dan left this role to set up his own design company - Design Inc. His philosophy then has not changed to this day - "treat the customer right, go the extra mile and provide high quality - and the clients will come back for more". |

Frank Norman - Commercial Director
Originally from Lincolnshire, Frank went to university in Plymouth where he studied Psychology. After gaining his degree, he worked in advertising sales for Haymarket Motoring Publications, where he rose to Advertising Manager for a number of publications including the official Grand Prix programmes. This led to a position as Sponsorship Manager for a Formula 3 motor racing team and then subsequently as Sales Manager for a personalisation company. It was at the latter that Frank originally met Daniel, and in 2002 he joined Dan at Design Inc. Frank oversees the commercial side of the company - responsible for account acquisition, relationship building and ultimately ensuring the customer is always king. |

Jon Turner - Studio Manager Having graduated from the Surrey Institute of Art and Design, Jon spent his first 12 months working in packaging design with leading retail brands such as Boots and Toni & Guy. Having joined Design Inc as Creative Designer in 2004, Jon's creativity and keen eye for detail led to him being appointed as Studio Manager - responsible for the daily running of the design studio as well as continuing to provide creative design and artwork for the many projects within the system. |

Anthony Westoll - Operations Manager Anthony is responsible for ensuring all projects move through the system accurately, on time and within budget, whilst providing the essential link between the customer, the project and the studio. In addition, Anthony oversees the all-important estimation and accounts departments. |

Paul Munday - Senior Designer Paul graduated 10 years ago with a First Class Honours Degree in Graphic Design from Southampton Institute of Art & Design. A multiple award-winning designer, and with a mass of experience on a number of major accounts including Dominos, T-mobile, Orange, Motorola, Paul joined Design Inc in 2007 in the role of Senior Designer. |

Tara Mendoza - Key Account Manager Supporting the Commercial Director, Tara is responsible for sourcing and growing our customers and ensuring our service to them is paramount. With a comprehensive sales and marketing background within companies such as Cincom and Panasonic, Tara joined Design Inc in 2007 in the role of Key Account Manager. |

Jonathan Murdoch - Web Developer After working for many years in the airline industry, Jonathan changed careers and began building web sites in early 1999. Jonathan joined Design Inc. in 2004, and now specialises in ecommerce and database-driven web sites, as well as handling all the company's other web-related services. |

Barbara Durban - Company Secretary
Barbara has worked for Design Inc. for 10 years, and has been involved in general accounts and finance for even longer! She oversees processes, facts and figures with a keen eye for detail!. |
