Alison initially qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Price Waterhouse in 1984.

She has extensive experience in business growth management, working for large and small companies and has held various senior roles across the UK and Europe, including 12 years within the Dell Computer Corporation as Financial Director.

Alison joined the team at Design Incorporated in January 2008.
