Background
Attenda provide cloud computing and business critical IT services to blue chip clients such as BMI Airlines and Mitsubishi Group. The company has evolved considerably during our 7 year relationship and repositioned to suit. A relationship that started out as Design Inc providing a flexible and proactive local service. Attenda are our near neighbour in Staines Upon Thames, but now extending beyond purely geographical proximity.

A key part of our relationship as brand creators and managers being maintaining the integrity of the Attenda digital assets as used across a range of platforms, information feeds and web-based use. Security and corruption during 3rd party access to digital assets is also of paramount importance as these issues are very close to Attenda’ own core services The range of campaign support we provide for Attenda includes the full marketing mix, online and offline, experiential as well as internal communications sales support, conference and event support.

Approach
The ‘vibrants’ rebranding initiative. To refresh and brighten whilst communicating the depth and breadth of Attenda services and solutions required a matrix-based approach to the development of a hierarchical imagery set. This was designed in a way that it would engage employees and inspire clients alike. ‘Vibrants’ deployed a range of styles of brightly coloured imagery, challenging the perceptions of a B2B service driven business. Each image specially selected to reflect the diversity, adaptability or performance of the business solution. Sector based commercial landscapes and client environments also supported the context of these lifestyle metaphors.

Result
An invigorated, consistent and consolidated brand communications platform that supports all marketing channels. Attenda continues to grow and evolve – developing thought leadership and service innovation across enterprise applications, cloud services, messaging and collaboration. A tangible set of offerings supported by a clear brand and image hierarchy. The vibrants  initiative was embraced by employees and well regarded by clients and prospects who have been intervewied and recalled and associated the new campaign imagery with Attenda across all communications channels.
